Meet the Team

Luke Joseph Ferrell is a New Jersey-based stage director, arts administrator, and teaching artist. Selected directing credits include Cabaret, Peter Pan and Wendy, tick, tick...BOOM!, She Kills Monsters, Songs for a New World, Puffs, The Last Five Years, The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, and Sweet Charity. He is a teaching artist with Fresh Theatre Arts and has also taught acting through the West Windsor Arts Center. Luke holds a B.A. in Theater Arts from Rutgers University, where he served as Artistic Director of Cabaret Theatre. He continues to work at Rutgers in first-year student engagement and academic coaching and is pursuing an M.Ed. in Learning, Cognition, and Development.

Holly Stefanik is a New Jersey-based actress, director, playwright, choreographer, preschool teacher, and arts administrator. She earned both a Master’s in Teaching and a Bachelor’s in Theatre Arts from Drew University. Favorite performance credits include Sue Snell in Carrie, Meg March in Little Women, Judas in Godspell, Angie in The Prom, and Helena in A Midsummer Night’s Dream. Holly has received two Perry Award nominations for her direction in separate one-act play festivals. Her playwriting credits include In the Name of the Mother, which received an Oxnam Award, and What Happens in Pre-K, Stays in Pre-K. She serves as Managing Director of Ferrell Studios.

Anne Mary Gambourg is a stage manager and arts administrator whose Ferrell Studios credits include The Shape of Things, Cabaret, Spring Awakening, and the company’s 24-Hour Musical. Additional credits include Rodgers and Hammerstein’s Cinderella, Hair, and Pippin as Stage Manager, as well as The Hunchback of Notre Dame as Assistant Director. Anne earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology and has pursued graduate study in School Counseling at Rutgers University. She previously served as Managing Director of The Livingston Theatre Company during its 2023-24 season.

Frankie Perez is an educator, performer, director, and theatre artist. By day, he teaches eighth-grade English Language Arts, and outside the classroom he has performed in productions throughout the New Jersey theatre community. Some of his favorite roles include Benny in RENT, Lysander in A Midsummer Night’s Dream, Duke Orsino in Twelfth Night, William Barfeé in The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, Chad in Disaster!, and the title role in Shrek the Musical. His Ferrell Studios performance credits include Cabaret and Macbeth: A Musical Adaptation. Frankie has also directed for the West Hudson Arts & Theater Company One Act Festival and serves as Production Manager for Ferrell Studios.

Daphne Sardis is a New Jersey-based filmmaker, writer, and actor. Her short film credits include TUNE OUT and Ioanna as Writer and Director, as well as Diary of a Simpy Kid: The Documentary as Director. Daphne graduated summa cum laude from the Mason Gross School of the Arts at Rutgers University, where she studied filmmaking and English. Her theatre credits include the Emcee in Cabaret, Bobby in Company, St. Jimmy in American Idiot, the Witch in Into the Woods, Claude in Hair, and Jon in tick, tick...BOOM!. She has also directed theatrical work, including 9 to 5.

Ryan Joseph Kalin is a music educator, composer, actor, and tenor from Woodbridge, New Jersey. He studies voice at Rutgers University’s Mason Gross School of the Arts, where he double majors in Music Education and English. Ryan is active in both community and collegiate theatre, with credits including Natasha, Pierre & the Great Comet of 1812 as Music Director, Five Nights at Freddy’s: The Unofficial Musical as Michael Afton, A Midsummer Night’s Dream as Composer and Music Director, tick, tick...BOOM! and Company as Music Director, Barry in The Prom, Roger in RENT, George in The Wedding Singer, and Leaf in The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee. He also serves as Music Director of the a cappella group Deep Treble.

Kathi Troy is an actress, educator, and theatre artist. Favorite stage credits include Margaret Pomerance in 9 to 5, Cinderella’s Stepmother in Into the Woods, Fraulein Schneider in Cabaret, Prudy Pingleton in Hairspray, and Miss Minchin in KOTA’s Off-Broadway U.S. premiere of A Little Princess. Her television and film credits include The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel and Law & Order: SVU. Kathi teaches high school theatre arts and public speaking at J.P. Stevens High School, where she also advises student improv activities. She serves as Original Works Chair for Ferrell Studios.

Ashanty Gil is a performer, choreographer, and arts leader who has been dancing since the age of three. She has performed and choreographed with Middlesex College’s Dance Ensemble and has also danced with Matheny Arts Access. Her Ferrell Studios credits include Rosie in Cabaret, multiple roles in Macbeth: A Musical Adaptation, Naomi in 21 Chump St., and choreography for Spring Awakening. Her work with the company has also expanded offstage into stage management and directing. Ashanty is pursuing a Master’s in Social Work and serves as Co-Chair of Fundraising & Development for Ferrell Studios.

Valerie Myers is a performer, choreographer, costume designer, stage manager, and arts administrator. At Ferrell Studios, she has worked across several areas of production, including costume design for Cabaret, stage management for Macbeth: A Musical Adaptation, and choreography for The Power of Connection. Additional performance credits include Godspell, Beauty and the Beast, 9 to 5, and Pippin. Valerie studied Psychology with a minor in Theater Arts at Rutgers University. She serves as Co-Chair of Fundraising & Development for Ferrell Studios.

Cate Pasterchick is a 2023 graduate of Kutztown University, where she earned a B.A. in Professional Writing with a minor in musical theatre. Some of her favorite roles include Sally Bowles in Cabaret, Veronica Sawyer in Heathers, Ilse Neumann in Spring Awakening, and Rona Lisa Peretti in The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee. Cate is pursuing a career in creative writing. In her free time, she enjoys tending to her vegetable garden, writing her blog, and analyzing everyone’s astrological signs. She serves on the Ferrell Studios Advisory Board.

Katie Sillitti is an actress, singer, fight director, and intimacy professional whose training includes IDC’s Intimacy Accelerator Program. She has worked with organizations including SVP, Villagers Theatre, Thank You 5, Playhouse 22, Main Street Theatre, First Avenue Playhouse, Langhorne Players, Holmdel Theatre Company, Theatre to Go, Shakespeare 70, 99 Cent Players, Lord Stirling Theater Company, and Maurer Productions. Her work also includes college and high school productions, as well as film and television. Katie is a proud member of SAG-AFTRA and the Society of American Fight Directors and serves as Ferrell Studios’ Resident Intimacy & Fight Director.
